Microbiology and Acting Supervisor for
Veterinary Histology Laboratory at James
Cook University during graduate studies.
- Skills include cell culture, cell transfection and transformation, PCR primer
design, traditional PCR set-up and analysis,
real time PCR, DNA sequencing,
histopathology, immunohistochemistry, in
situ hybridization, viral isolation and
purification, ELISA analysis.
At the present time, Kerry Claydon is the
Director of Aquatic Animal Health of
Integrated Aquaculture International and is
located in IAI’s Technology Service project
with the Department of Fisheries, Brunei
Darussalam.
