Kumaraguru Vasagam

  • Earned Master and Ph.D. degrees in Marine Biology from the Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. Ph.D. dissertation research was on fishmeal replacement in shrimp. 

  • Skilled in innovative research systems design, feed formulation, histology and biochemical analysis - proximate, antinutritional factors, amino acid analysis, fatty acid analysis, cholesterol and minerals.

    At the present time, Dr Kumaraguru vasagam is the Manager of Nutrition Research and Development in IAIís Technology Service project with the Department of Fisheries, Brunei Darussalam.
